this is our first venture into a conventional high street and we’ve been so lucky to find this location… with a massive car park alongside and M&S next door we’re gonna make your food shopping even better. What’s that we hear through the Saloon doors…? ‘guys, can I grab a flat white to go? I’m just gonna dump my bags in the car, back in a sec’. Yes; that will be you. And we will be ready.
with a bigger floorspace than we’ve had to date we have more seating, big oak tables, and even a few usb points so as you can charge your gadgets… all combined with our signature relaxed and informal experience. We look forward to welcoming you.

brewing great coffee is a skill. years of practice and training. we are very proud to be working with La Marzocco Italy who, in our opinion, manufacture the finest espresso machines. stabled with Nuova Simonelli Mythos and Mazzer e grinders we are to be taken very seriously.
we are lucky enough to work with ORIGIN coffee. our coffee partners for over a decade we love their ethical approach and their dedication to roasting. roasting many tonnes of coffee for us each year their consistency is outstanding. we are a great TEAM.
remember though. the coffee’s only as good as the person making it. and we are the best. all of our baristas have been through our dedicated ‘brew room’ training facility and we won’t let em loose on you until we’re happy you’ll be happy. it’s all about everyone being happy.
in our Poole saloon kitchen we make all our own toasties for all of our saloons. it’s why they are so tasty. we use the finest sourdough breads and ingredients, and importantly we use and support local producers. This means we can trace all our ingredients and of course play our (small) part in keeping food miles down.
the Baking Room.. for those of you that frequent our Canford Cliffs saloon you’ll probably have seen our little baking kitchen to the rear. run by our baker who just loves to bake and is responsible for the bakes and cakes you’ll see across our stores. the infamous vegan banana bread, savoury muffins, chocolate orange brownies, florentines.. she does ‘em all and is constantly developing new recipes keeping the Saloon out in front of the competition.
remember we’re a speciality coffee shop, not a cafe. the baristas are flat out brewing awesome coffee but they do have time to make our FAMOUS ripe avocado on sourdough with fresh lime, chilli flakes, sea salt and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.. if you haven’t tried it you should. today.
widely accepted in the industry as the best espresso machines around; we have them in all our sites. from a custom built Strada AV in Weymouth to the solid workhorse PB5 in Canford Cliffs. Hand built in Italy the styling is just gorgeous and with the latest technology inside we are able to ensure consistency however busy we are. Paired with the incredibly stable Nuova Simonelli Mythos Grinder with clima pro technology consistency is standard. quality is our game.
